Reservation Policies

• Minimum 2 hours per reservation.
• Room assignment is based on guest count.
• Reservations are held for 15 minutes. If you'll be more than 15 minutes late, contact the venue — we'll try to accommodate, but holding your room is not guaranteed.
• At maximum capacity a room may feel a bit crowded, but you're welcome to use it if you don't mind.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed. A $100 fine applies per unauthorized item.
• You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We will provide plates and forks.
• An 18% gratuity will be added to all karaoke room reservations.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• The deposit will be credited toward your final bill when you pay at the restaurant.
• Since we only have four karaoke rooms, we appreciate your understanding that a minimum food and beverage spend applies on Fridays and Saturdays.
• The minimum spend is based on your total food and drink purchases. In return, we include 1 hour of complimentary karaoke.
